1. Seller

2. Orders and contract

An order placed and paid on wifitally.eu is a binding offer to buy. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm the order by e-mail. We may decline an order, e.g. if goods are out of stock; any payment already made will be refunded.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in EUR. The seller is not a VAT payer, so the prices are final. Shipping and payment fees are shown in the checkout before the order is sent. Payment is made in advance via PayPal (with a PayPal account or a payment card). The order is completed once the payment has been successfully processed.

4. Delivery

We ship worldwide; shipping prices for each destination are shown in the checkout. Usual dispatch time is TODO working days after the payment is received.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and any handling fees charged in the destination country are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending a notice to marian@putsko.com. Return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal, undamaged and complete; the direct cost of return is borne by the customer. We refund the price including the cheapest standard shipping (to the original PayPal payment) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, but not before the goods are returned.

6. Warranty and complaints

The statutory warranty period for consumers is 24 months from delivery. To make a complaint, e-mail marian@putsko.com with the order number and a description of the defect. Complaints are handled within 30 days.

7. Alternative dispute resolution

Consumers may contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Business customers: the Commercial Code applies and the right of withdrawal does not apply.
